The rooms are brand-new and individual, with central heating, a work desk and a TV. Its location is magnificent & nice, not far from good restaurants as well as underground. They have a good choice of meals to choose from, the food is fab.
The bathrooms are too small.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were all very nice. The location was great in that it was very close to the metro station which meant that we had easy access to all the tourist sites we wanted to see in our 4 day trip. Having air conditioning was a plus given that the outside temperature was in the mid 20's. The breakfast was of a high standard.
I think you have to accept that you are not going to get 5star accomodation for what we paid. The room and bathroom were on the small side. We did not have a bath in our room, although our friends did have a room with a bath/shower.

2 mins from the metro and then about 20mins from the centre. 24 hour check in, great Wifi and comfy beds! Coffee in the room in a travel cup was a bonus and great way to get kick started for the day!
Little bit noisy but then I live in the countryside where there is no noise and no light. We were not cold but there was no towel rail or heater in the room to dry anything. When we were there in was raining cats and dogs every day and we needed to get socks etc dry.

Bed was comfortable
Rm 206 had holes in the wall. The furniture flimsy and cheap. The bath chiped and panel broken. Generally looks run down

The night porter was extremely helpful, and the entrance is manned around the clock. The room was small but contained all the basic utilities (including a very good mattress!). With a back-facing room, we had no problems with noise.

The area of Levallious-Perret was very convenient for travelling to the centre of Paris however it was also lovely and quiet area so you were ensured of a good nights sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellant
There was a terrible sewage smell in our bathroom I think it came from the shower which had a broken door. The shower cubicle was very small not ideal if you are a larger person.

This hotel is outside the strict centre of Paris, but still ticket t+ is valid. Our rom had an electric kettle and we had everyday new sachet of coffee or tea and cookies :) and new towels, of course. Staff were helpful but they didn't speak English well. Quite good hotel for good price.
This hotel is in quiet part of Paris, so don't look for the fun close to your bed.
